What Content Management System (CMS) do you use?

 

Digistorm uses and recommends Craft for all of its websites.

Craft is a powerful and flexible CMS that can be modified to perform complex publishing and management requirements whilst retaining ease of use.

This includes the ability to add, remove, edit and delete pages, images, videos and all on-page formatting.

 

What hosting do you provide?

 

All websites are hosted on an auto-scaling and load balanced network utilising Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee with back-ups running twice daily for peace of mind.

All of our systems are hosted in Australia to comply with domestic privacy laws.

 

What support is available?

 

All Digistorm, clients have access to the following forms of support:

What training do you provide?

 

Full training is provided on websites developed by Digistorm prior to the “go-live” of your website.

Furthermore, our support team can provide ongoing training and assistance to support you on an ongoing basis.
